Eleventech is the car wash technology brand of MLB Group, which has been producing both hardware and software in the fuel equipment sector since 1992. MLB Group, as the leading manufacturer in Turkey's fuel equipment sector, has also managed to become one of the top five companies in the world by exporting to over 80 countries.
MLB Group operates in every area that can be thought of in a station and can make customers' lives easier, such as the entire station mechanical infrastructure except for dispensers and pumps, tank and tanker manufacturing, vehicle automation systems, next-generation payment recorder cash registers, credit card payment systems, coffee-cigarette vending machines, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Eleventech was launched in 2020 as an extension of MLB Group's integrated service approach to fuel stations. The brand aims to serve both fuel stations and their users. MLB Group, with over 30 years of experience in the fuel station sector, designs car wash products developed with advanced automation technology to meet the sensitive security needs of stations at the highest level.

SECURITY
Car washing involves potential hazards due to the use of high-pressure machines and electrical devices in wet environments, and misuse can lead to serious accidents. Since car wash systems are mostly used in fuel stations and devices in these environments can come into contact with flammable fuel vapor, they must include much more safety measures, and therefore station equipment should be designed by expert engineers.
ELEVENTECH, with engineering teams with over 30 years of experience, has the capability and experience to produce safe systems. The brand, which prioritizes human safety as the top criterion in the systems it produces, offers innovative solutions with many security measures and precautions in its systems. Since the necessity of some high-pressure devices being used by end-users creates a risk of accidents, it develops designs considering not only vehicle and environmental safety but also user safety.
ELEVENTECH, while designing its products, has taken into account EN (European Norm) directives and CE (Conformité Européenne) standards, making detailed evaluations considering customer expectations and habits. The production carried out after the design process has been meticulously inspected and certified in accordance with EN standards.
The security measures in ELEVENTECH car wash systems can be listed as follows:
• A special leakage current circuit prevents accidents by disabling the system at a value that will not harm human health in case of a possible leakage current.
• The electrical panel and equipment operating at 220 Volts are located in a separate area to prevent contact with water on the cabin. This arrangement increases safety and prevents potential damage from water.
• To make the system even more secure, an alarm system against vandalism can be added if desired.
DESIGN
ELEVENTECH products stand out in design compared to their counterparts. Our products, usually developed for fuel stations, prioritize space-saving and are therefore designed in a highly compact structure. The user interface is developed to be easy to use, suitable for different payment options and operation choices.
The water required for car wash systems can be sourced from different sources (underground, treated, mains, etc.). However, the pressure of the supplied water can affect the system's performance and reduce its lifespan. Thanks to ELEVENTECH's design features, such issues are overcome, and the water from the mains is filtered and stored in tanks with the water level controlled by special floats, regardless of the source or pressure. The water is then transferred to the guns via pumps, ensuring a constant water pressure through the system. This prevents clogging-related malfunctions while protecting all equipment from high pressure, extending their lifespan.
We take pride in being in an inimitable position in the industry thanks to our design and manufacturing capabilities. Eleventech production facilities are designed and implemented to design and produce all equipment, from the casing to electronic cards, in-house. Additionally, the unique features used in the design of our products have been patented by our R&D engineers, preventing the possibility of imitation.
TECHNOLOGY
The command and control systems used in traditional car wash systems are generally based on similar technologies. However, with the CPU (Central Processing Unit) developed by Eleventech R&D engineers, both the system's capabilities have been increased and healthier communication with many peripheral units has been achieved thanks to the ELEVENTECH communication protocol.
Thus, unlike the traditional command systems of other brands that operate only with an on/off binary system, the different components of the system communicate with each other via protocols to ensure safe working conditions before pressurized water is supplied to the system, and then the system is approved to operate.
In our system, where all hardware and software are developed by ELEVENTECH R&D, many additional features such as temperature sensors and RS 485 communication ports can optionally be included. Pump motors are driven by a special system developed by ELEVENTECH R&D; thus, both energy savings are achieved and the lifespan of the motor and pump is extended.
Thanks to the features on the CPU card, the system can be accessed remotely, and sales data can be obtained. Time, price, and operation changes can be made as needed. These features enhance the user experience, making the system more effective.
